Children 12 years old or younger are not permitted to stay in the Dormitory Rooms.
Children 11 years old or younger receive a discount of 1000 JPY per person per night.
Guests must reserve breakfast meals the night before and dinner no later than 16:30 the same day. Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:00. Dinner is served promptly at 18:30.
Vegan dinner options are available.
A shuttle from the hotel to Tobu Nikko Train Station is offered at 09:30 daily. Pickup service from Tobu Nikko Train Station is offered from 15:00 to 17:00 daily.
